Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
21 days or more prior to date of arrival – no penalty charge. Full refund of advance deposit paid as guarantee is applicable in case of such cancellation.
Between 15-21 days of date of arrival – 50% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty and balance will be refunded.
Within 15 days of date of arrival – 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty.
No-Show and Early Check-Out – In the event of a no-show, 100% of the entire stay amount will be charged. After arrival, in the event of an early check-out resulting in a reduction in the number of nights reserved, 100% of the balance period will be charged.
Child Policy
All children are welcome.
Children above 5 Years of Age will be charged INR 3000 per night for extra beds. For further older children or adults, there will be an additional charge of INR 3500 per night for extra beds.
A maximum of 1 extra bed is allowed in a room. Requests for extra beds are subject to confirmation by the management. Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total costs and will be charged separately during your stay.
Age Restriction Policy
The maximum age for check-in is 75 years, and there is no minimum age requirement to check-in.
Pets Policy
Pets are permitted only after email confirmation.
Alcohol Policy
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the retreat premises.
TV Policy
TVs are not provided in the rooms; however, they are available in the activity hall.
Arrival, Special Requests & Payment Policy:
Our retreat is located 400 meters walking distance from the parking area. Therefore, kindly inform us in advance about your expected arrival time so that we can arrange for our staff to assist you with your luggage.
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A pre-arrival bank transfer payment is required, and the property will contact you after your booking to provide instructions.
Check-in Time Policy
Check-in time is between 14:00 to 20:00.
Check-out Time Policy
Check-out time is from 07:00 to 11:00.
Advisory
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited within the retreat premises.
As we are located within the village and have friendly neighbours, loud music/DJ is not allowed, and the use of a generator is restricted between 10 pm to 5 am.
For your safety during the monsoon season, we advise guests to check-in before 6 pm due to frequent landslides.
Limited room service is available from 11 am to 7 pm. Guests on a wellness package will be served a prescribed diet in our dinning area.
